The Mercato is a mixed-use development that sits on a 53 acre site just north of the City of Naples, Florida. It consists of 92 luxury condominiums in two 5-story buildings, a Whole Foods Grocery, an 11-screen movie theater, 3 office buildings and over 120,000 square feet of retail space. The condominiums have a private parking deck that includes a shared amenities level with clubhouse, pool, spa and dog walk. A second parking deck offers shade trellises on the top level and direct level access to the movie theater. Residents of the condos will be able to live, work, shop, go to the movies, and dine in one of the at least 6 restaurants all within The Mercato itself.
