La Centerra

LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch is a premier 2-level, lifestyle center and includes 150,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level and an additional 103,000 square feet of retail and office space on the second floor. The focus of the center is a symbolic downtown themed clock tower standing 110 feet tall. A water feature, a trickling stream, runs through the center of the retail area. A center courtyard area also includes a pool area with interactive fountains for children to play in. There are two parking decks with space for 715 cars. The project was constructed using tiltwall concrete panels for the retail and office portions of the project and precast concrete for the parking structures.
