Hill Center

Hill Center is an Urban Center with a mix of retail and office space and a 4-level parking garage. It includes seven stand alone buildings, four of which were two stories, and a 638 car parking garage for a total of 225,000 square feet of space. Hill Center is the first, true “lifestyle” center to be constructed in the Middle Tennessee area. The center was built on a 10 acre site in the Green Hills area of Nashville that was formerly occupied by an older shopping center. The two-story buildings contain retail space on the ground level and office space above. The parking garage is constructed with two levels below grade and two levels above. The project has a “Main Street” feel with sidewalks and lush plantings. The building exteriors are very detailed and have varied brickwork patterns and colors to mimic individual buildings.
