Renaissance 200 in Ridgeland, MS is a 13-story, 345,000 square foot Class A office building with a 10,000 square foot one-story bustle that provides lateral stability for the office tower. It also includes an adjacent 7-story, 1,200 space parking deck. Hoar Construction self-performed the cast-in-place concrete frame for both the building and the parking structure. This involved 25,000 cubic yards of concrete; 22 different concrete design mixes; 168,000 craft labor manhours; 2,300 tons of reinforcing steel; 500,000 linear feet of concrete post tensioning cable; 2,300 cylinders taken for concrete testing; 3,400 sheets of plywood used for forming. Due to unique design features, each floor of the building featured as many as fifteen different concrete beams. Upon completion, the building will be certified LEED Silver.
