2525 Ponce de Leon is a Mediterranean-inspired 12-story 300,000 SF Class A office building situated on a full 3.5 acre city block on Ponce de Leon Boulevard. Located in the upscale, urban location near the wealthy residential area of Coral Gables, it is one block south of what is known as the Miracle Mile. An 1100 car 9-level parking deck adjoins the building. 2525 Ponce de Leon offers state-of-the-art technology and fiber/broadband infrastructure, direct digital controlled HVAC and lighting systems, and the most efficient and flexible 21,500 square foot floor plates in Coral Gables. The building is constructed of poured in place concrete and is handsomely detailed with a Stucco exterior, Tuscan colonnades, Baroque Pediments and a clay tile roof. The skin of the parking deck is similar to the office tower. The parking deck was built using both precast and poured in place concrete.
